Pep Band Sub Request Form

HOW TO USE

Select the Red/White event that you require a sub and indicate your sub's name and email.

Sub Requests are unavailable for the following scenarios. If your request falls under any of the scenarios below, please email pepband@bu.edu to discuss your situation:

-Request to miss a Color Band Performance WITHOUT a sub selected
-Request to miss a Full Band Performance or rehearsal
-Request to miss a Select Band Performance (in which you signed up to participate)
-Request a late arrival to any performance or rehearsal

All requests will be reviewed by the staff.
