What convinced you to come to BU?
I really enjoyed the amazing atmosphere of the city and the way it blends with the quaintness of the Charles River and Bay State Road, along with the excellent academic and extracurricular reputation that BU carries.
What makes you feel most excited about coming to college?
Meeting new people, trying new things, and living in the city!
What makes you feel most nervous about coming to college?
Being away from friends (old ones) and family for the first time.
What kinds of activities do you want to become involved in?
I really enjoy doing theater (both musicals and plays) as well as singing (a cappella groups mostly) and playing jazz on the sax. I also want to continue Model UN and debate team.
What is one of the goals of your first year at BU?
To meet great people.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Producing and starring in my last spring musical, which raked in almost $60,000!
What will be your first stop when you start exploring Boston?
The theater district and Newbury Street.
How are you spending your summer vacation?
I work at a summer camp and run activities such as archery and boating for kids ages 7 to 13. I also work with a lot of special needs campers. It is really rewarding.
