WBUR, Boston University’s award-winning National Public Radio station, rebroadcasts a lecture organized by the Institute for Human Sciences in cooperation with the Department of International Relations at Boston University.

The speaker was Mark Leonard, Director of Foreign Policy at the London-based Centre for European Reform, where he writes on Europe’s relations with the United States, the Middle East and China. Until the beginning of 2005, Leonard was Director of the Foreign Policy Centre, a think-tank he helped found at the age of 24, under the patronage of the British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Mr. Leonard was introduced by Professor Vivien Schmidt, Director of the European Studies Program at Boston University.
