February 10, 2006
Twitter Facebook

Looking for an interesting book to read? Search no further than the Boston University campus. BU authors published nearly 100 books in 2005, and what they wrote about runs the gamut from corporate crime and medical marvels to short stories and poetry.

The books range from widely acclaimed works such as Mitchell Zuckoff’s Ponzi’s Scheme: The True Story of a Financial Legend and Robert Pinsky’s The Life of David to current interest topics including Pakistan: Between Mosque and Military by Husain Haqqani. Authors present their expertise to the wider audience in books such as Daniel Levy’s A Change of Heart: How the People of Framingham, Massachusetts, Helped Unravel the Mysteries of Cardiovascular Disease and Tamar Frankel’s Trust and Honesty, America’s Business Culture at a Crossroad.

BU Today has compiled an inventory of the books of 2005 from submissions by the authors. If a book has been inadvertently omitted, please e-mail today@bu.edu.
