In some circles Patrick Kennedy (COM’04), a writer in BU’s Office of Development and Alumni Relations, is better known as Paddy Keys, front man for the Irish folk-rock group the Larkin Brigade. Formed in 2000, the Larkin Brigade plays punk-influenced songs inspired by traditional Celtic music. The group’s first full-length album, Paddy Keys for Mayor, was released in April, earning a Boston Music Award nomination for Outstanding Folk Act.
