Abigail Dundore
Administrative Specialist
As the Administrative Specialist at the Center for Antiracist Research, Abigail provides high-level administrative support to the director’s office. She brings to this role an administrative background in legal and academic contexts as well as research experience in community development, peacebuilding, and psychology. She is passionate about data-driven social policy reform, with a particular focus on racial injustice in the criminal legal system.
Abigail received her B.A. in Psychology from Gordon College, where she was honored as Collegian of the Year for her contributions to campus life. During her time at Gordon, she developed a deep commitment to antiracism by working with a student organization to facilitate campus-wide racial justice conversations and by studying the history of slavery, racism, and the Civil Rights movement during an immersive trip through the South.
She enjoys reading widely, cultivating spiritual formation practices, facilitating spaces of community for other young adults, investing in her church, crafting delicious meals, weightlifting, and exploring nature.
