Year 2
- Major Paper Approval Form
- Continuing Student Status Form: All graduate students must be registered each Fall and Spring semester. Those who have completed their coursework must complete this form each semester. Please refer to the Graduate School’s website for detailed information on the registration process.
- Student Progress Report Form: Complete this form and discuss your progress with your advisors during the spring semester before returning to the American Studies office.

- Petition for Extension of Time to Complete PhD Requirements: Please contact your faculty advisor and the Director of Graduate Study if you believe you may need to petition the Graduate School for an extension of time to complete all of your Ph.D. requirements.
