Safety considerations in the laboratory. Mechanical and electrical transducers for flow, pressure, temperature, velocity, strain, and force. Electric circuits for static and dynamic analog signal conditioning. Computer use for digital data acquisition and analysis; instrument control. Introduction to frequency domain analysis.
