Overview of the cognitive and affective processes involved with perception, attention, memory, language, problem solving, reasoning, and decision-making; emotional processes, motivation, reward prediction, and affective states; and individual differences in relevant domains, including personality. ?Findings from experimental cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and emotion research will be considered. The course will examine the central themes of cognitive psychology and how emotion/affect relate to these themes. 4 cr.
