Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, 1984-Style

On October 26, 1984, the Boston University community celebrated the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Chinese Moon Festival, at Morse Auditorium. To celebrate family unity, harvest, and the full moon and to signify unity, people often light colorful lanterns and share mooncakes, round pastries symbolizing the full moon.
