Project 4: Theory and modeling

We provide a quantitative path from biophysical and physiological analysis and in vivo responses in mice to the interpretation of fMRI data in humans. We test whether these hemodynamic patterns, alone or in combination with EEG signals, can be used to predict cognitive performance and infer information about activity of specific neuromodulatory circuits.
