  • Which One Editorial publication will publish this article?

  • Include if your article will run on a specific date.
  • Has a photo request been filed, or will one be filed? Need photo research for stock, creative commons, or file photos? Infographic? Custom work from Interactive Design? Do you have a specific presentation in mind? Tell us what you need and how we can help.

  • 1. Add yourself to the Trello card. Add the Production team (Andy Hallock, Olivia Hammond) as well.
    If specific photographers or video producers are involved in the project, add them, too.

    2. If the story involves a researcher, tag Andrew Thurston. If it involves alumni, tag Cindy Buccini.
    If the story involves both, tag Andrew & Cindy, and notify the Production team.

    3. If the story involves one of the following schools, please also tag the alumni editor:
    CAS, COM (Cindy Buccini); CFA, CGS, SHA (Sophie Yarin); Sargent, STH, Wheelock (Steve Holt)
