Career Development Professors

BU held a dinner at the Joan and Edgar Booth Theatre on September 15 to recognize faculty who were recently named Career Development Professors. Among those honored were Emily Cunningham (from left), a College of Arts & Sciences assistant professor of astronomy (David R. Dalton Career Development Professorship); Shabnam Raayai-Ardakani, a College of Engineering assistant professor of mechanical engineering (Reidy Career Development Professorship); Shana Burrowes, assistant professor of medicine at the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (Department of Medicine Mentoring & Mission Career Development Professorship); and Chang Xiao, a College of Arts & Sciences assistant professor of computer science (Innovation Career Development Professorship).
