BU at Davos

Boston University President Melissa Gilliam and Azer Bestavros, BU’s associate provost for Computing & Data Sciences, joined business, education, technology, political, environment, and healthcare leaders from around the world last week at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Gilliam participated in several panel discussions, including one at Imagination in Action, called “Rethinking Human Potential: Skills, Pathways, and Opportunity in the AI Era.” Imagination in Action is a global summit series that convenes visionary leaders to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence and to connect bold ideas with real-world impact.
