The Howard Thurman Center for Common Ground and its long-running program Coffee & Conversation were featured in BU Today’s video: “BU Student Clubs and Organizations Find Ways to Stay Connected, at a Distance.” Students and administrators shared their responses to the Coffee & Conversation prompt: how are you staying healthy at home during quarantine?
HTC Program Manager Eshita Rahman shared, “At BU I was taking like 20,000 steps a day. At home, it’s like high 100s.” Assistant Dean of Students John Battaglino added, “I have an exercise bike in my bedroom and it stares at me every morning, so I wake up and there’s just no way around it.”
The HTC is proud to continue engaging our community during this period of remote learning and working. Watch the full video below and on the BU Today site.
