The purpose of Terriers CARE is to coordinate Boston University’s efforts to identify, assess, and manage concerning behaviors, such as threats or acts of violence, that disrupt the safety, operations, or well-being of the university community, including students, faculty, staff, contractors, and visitors.
Mission Statement
Terriers CARE at Boston University promotes a safe, supportive, and inclusive campus by identifying and addressing behaviors of concern involving students, faculty, staff, and visitors. We provide early intervention, resources, and guidance, while upholding the dignity of all individuals, to support well-being, safety, and success.
