The Reverend Canon Ted Karpf lives in Northern New Mexico, 47 years a priest & writer, 35 years public health expert, Gestalt Therapist, retired from Boston University School of Theology (’13) as an associate dean, continues as adjunct faculty. Ted, a member of the corps diplomatique of WHO, is an international human/gay rights activist engaged community and faith-based health responses. For his more than three decades of “leadership in alleviating suffering globally from HIV/AIDS” he received Distinguished Alumnus of BU (’07) and Texas Wesleyan University (’03). He was recognized by the UN Secretary General (‘09). Ted holds a BA with honors, Texas Wesleyan University (’70), ThM from BUSTH (’74).
