Liam Kelley

Postdoctoral Associate, Bioinformatics Program

Liam joined the Segrè Lab in February 2025 as a postdoctoral associate to work on developing techniques to study human tumor metabolism using FBA and COMETS. In his graduate work at Harvard Medical School, he utilized a mix of computational and wet-lab approaches to study metabolic adaptations to cellular stress in cancer, and developed the computational tool SQUID to identify mitochondrial stress signatures using RNAseq or metabolomics. In his free time, he enjoys photography, tennis, experiments in gluten free baking, and trying to win the affection of his cat, HeLa.
