Plasmonic Chiro-Optics

 

 

We investigate novel physical properties of electromagnetic fields in the context of chiro-optics such as surface plasmon polaritons, chiral plasmonic structures, and chirality enhancements. We use dielectric materials (e.g., Si) or plasmonic materials (e.g., Au, Ag, Al, etc.) to developphotonic/ plasmonic nanostructures for light polarization or chirality enhancement that enables to the investigation of chiral biomolecules and chiro-optical properties of the nanostructures.
