Management Team Marie Schwartz: Founder and President
Company History Marie Schwartz, a Boston-based mother of two teenagers, saw the struggles that many parents faced when searching for summer programs and educational resources for their children. Schwartz planted the seeds for TeenLife Media between 2005 and 2006, when publishing her book Guide to Summer in Boston, which became immensely successful in the local community and school system.  Schwartz’s ideas continued to flourish after publishing a second installment of her book.  Soon after in 2007, Schwartz’s founded TeenLife Media. Today, TeenLife Media serves as a growing resource for parents, college-bound teenagers and educators, reaching over 30,000 users.
Vision TeenLife Media is the “go to” resource for parents, educators, and college-bound teenagers. Aiming to bring out the best in teens, TeenLife Media is a multi-media company helping teens to discover their true passion through summer programs, community service opportunities, academic experiences, and gap year programs.
Audience TeenLife Media’s primary target audience is parents of teenagers between 7th and 12th grade. Parents are busy individuals who are searching for the best educational resources and programs for their children. Offering free information on programs and events on a regional, national and international scale, TeenLife aims to target parents regardless of geographical location. TeenLife Media reaches its intended audience through a wide array of media outlets including TeenLife magazines, newsletters, seasonal guides, blog posts, social media sites and their newly revamped interactive website.
