Back to School – in January

While we tend to focus on September as back to school, here at PRLab, we are lucky to have two “first days” each year. We have just completed our first week of the spring semester of PRLab and once again, we feel lucky.

First, we have an incredible group of talented students servicing our 21 enthusiastic and exciting clients. And with a new class space that enables greater collaboration during lectures, just being in the classroom is a joy. We’re bringing our blog back to our own Web site, and we’re testing out some new elements such as online timesheets and a new creative director position.

With all this “newness” it’s hard to imagine that PRLab has been around for 39 years, making it the longest-running student-managed agency. Yet, each semester, our students and faculty build on what’s working and look for ways to improve the overall experience for everyone involved, especially our clients.

We look forward to bringing you perspectives from our students and updates on our clients all semester long in our blog. Then, before we know it, the first day will be the last and the cycle will start again.  For now, let’s enjoy the ride. And our cool new classroom.
