Abstract Context
Commentary & Paraphrase
Editors: To a writ of cosinage for a manor with the appurtenances, except thirty acres and pasture for one hundred sheep, it was objected that the pasture could not be thus excepted, because it was not appendant to the manor, but a right in gross. To this objection the answer was given that it came too late since the defendant had affirmed the writ to be good by asking for the view.
