Commentary & Paraphrase
Editors: A writ of entry was brought against the defendant and his wife. They vouched to warranty an infant. His body and some part of his lands were in the wardship of Thomas earl of Lancaster, and other parts of his lands were in the wardship of other lords. It was alleged that another had been vouched who had not been summoned. Issue was taken upon the question whether that other held any of the infant's land on the day of the voucher.
