Serjeant Warrewik spoke 'sitting in the Bench (not RS 401), arguing for defendant's position: and do you thing to deraign it from a tenant for a term, since he prays aid of him &c. without the other being warned (garni) &c.
Horwood noted, RS [xiii], that Warwick 'the King's attorney general' (should be King's Serjeant), was stated to be 'sitting in the Bench' (not p. 401) |
