3.2. Task Force Process, Distribution & Discussions

Task Force Meetings: Starting in September 2008 the NTT Task Force held 11 meetings, and reviewed data and practices and procedures at BU and other universities. The representatives of the different colleges outlined the typical roles of NTT faculty at their colleges and identified areas of concern and possible solutions. A first draft of recommendations was produced in October 2008, and a series of meetings was initiated with senior college administrators and faculty forums (see below). The feedback was discussed and incorporated in the current recommendations.
