MET IT has standard options for a number of common peripherals for our full-time employees.
Support Policy
MET IT is responsible for the following:
- Setting up office spaces with required peripherals
- Providing standard peripherals upon request
- Assessing and purchasing special requests
- Troubleshooting and replacing faulty peripherals

Service Details
- Entitlements

Full-time employees are entitled to the following items:
- Up to two monitors
- A keyboard and mouse
- One webcam
- A headset or conference speaker
- One docking station
- One set of necessary cables (i.e. – ethernet cables, monitor cables, USB cables)
- Replacement

Peripherals are replaced as needed.
