MET IT has standard options for a number of common peripherals for our full-time employees.


Support Policy

MET IT is responsible for the following:

  • Setting up office spaces with required peripherals
  • Providing standard peripherals upon request
  • Assessing and purchasing special requests
  • Troubleshooting and replacing faulty peripherals

Service Details

Entitlements

Full-time employees are entitled to the following items:

  • Up to two monitors
  • A keyboard and mouse
  • One webcam
  • A headset or conference speaker
  • One docking station
  • One set of necessary cables (i.e. – ethernet cables, monitor cables, USB cables)
Replacement

Peripherals are replaced as needed.

Handwriting Capture Devices

Office Telephone Handset

Details of requesting a new office phone falls under our Telephone System support policy.
