Sr. Producer/Editor

Boston University’s award-winning External Affairs division seeks a Senior Producer/Editor. The position reports to the Executive Producer/Creative Director and is a member of the team of Producer/Editors within Boston University Productions. The individual is responsible for regularly producing high-quality, high-visibility, engaging video content firmly rooted in solid storytelling. The employee will be expected to work on high-level, complex productions and interact with executive-level leadership. Social Media Video Producer

The individual will report to the Director of Social Media and is a member of the Public Relations Social Media team. The Social Media Video Producer will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling social media video content that aligns with Boston University’s brand and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. The Social Media Video Producer will work closely with the Director of social media and other PR Social team members to develop and execute content that drives engagement, incorporates trends related to the University, and increases brand awareness.
