Navigating the Innovation Pathway
The Pathfinder Bootcamp series is a key component of Innovate@BU’s Innovation Pathway program, designed to help student innovators develop their ideas into viable ventures. The Bootcamp Series is available for students interested in expanding their innovative skill set; no prior idea is needed to participate. Each series, Walk 101 & 102 and Run 201 & 202, is tailored to the needs of student innovators at different stages of their journey.
By participating in both sessions of a Bootcamp Series, you’ll gain the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to move forward confidently with your idea or on the Innovation Pathway.
Walk 101 & 102
The Walk Bootcamp Series is for teams and student innovators who are just beginning their innovation journey. This boot camp focuses on:
- Understanding your target audience through customer discovery
- Learn how to validate your ideas and business opportunities
- Identify products or solutions that solve real customer problems
Participants of Walk 101 & 102 sessions will leave with actionable insights and the foundational skills to begin building a successful venture. This Bootcamp series will help prepare you to apply to the Walk stage of the Innovation Pathway!
Run 201 & 202
The Run Bootcamp Series is for teams and student innovators who have already validated their idea, venture, or solution, and are ready to focus on scaling. This bootcamp covers:
- Advancing customer engagement and growth strategies
- Develop basic start-up finance skills
- Discover how to build your dream team
Run 201 & 202 sessions are highly recommended for teams hoping to advance to the Run or Fly stages of the Innovation Pathway. Participants of the Run Series will receive tailored support to refine their strategies and prepare for the next level of growth. Already on your way?
