Four BU Alumni Included in Techstars Boston 2020 Cohort
Last week, Techstars Boston announced its newest cohort of Boston-based startups. Of the ten accepted teams, three include Boston University alumni. For the next three months, the teams will have access to workspace, mentors, investors and will prepare for a final demo day pitch.
Congratulations to the BU alumni team members:
- Michael Anastassiou (Questrom’12), Advisor to Wunderite, a startup building next-generation software for independent insurance agencies.
- Bryan Maleszyk (CAS’98), Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Worthright, a financial tool that helps seniors live the life they want to live after they retire.
- Rod Alvarenga (Questrom’11), Director of Community, and Larissa Morrell (CAS’16), Fullstack Software Engineer, at Cobu, a customizable app to help build community among apartment buildings.
