Karen Golden-Biddle

Karen is a sought-after voice on cultural change and the essential ingredients in making it happen. Known as a strategist for people-driven cultural transformation, Karen works with contemporary and future leaders who wish to successfully transform themselves, their teams, and the ways their organizations operate. Karen has also been a leader in driving transformation in academic institutions, serving in Research Director, Senior Associate Dean and Department Chair roles. Karen holds a PhD and MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a BA from Denison University. She is the recipient of numerous teaching and research awards, including induction as a Fellow of the Academy of Management.
