Mario Hysa

IT Client Support Specialist

As an IT Client Support Specialist, Mario Hysa is responsible for meeting the desktop client support needs of all units within Global Programs. He acts as a unifying point of contact for all IT-related needs of Global Programs and its units, liaising with the appropriate Boston University Information Services & Technology department (IS&T) to investigate and help bring resolution to needs.

Mario worked as a Desktop Support Assistant while earning his degree prior to joining Global Programs full-time. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Boston University.

Mario enjoys traveling to new destinations and experiencing them through their food and atmosphere. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, going for walks, and biking.
