Pneumonia: A Priority for Europe and the World, for both the Young and the Old

The presentation will highlight how pneumonia is a major burden for the young in low income and for the old in high income countries. While treatment is presently possible, AntiMicrobial Resistance (AMR) and the lack of innovation in both diagnosis and treatment means that the world may face a major challenge in the future.
