BMC World AIDS Day Event!

World AIDS Day is fast approaching and preparation is underway to make this year’s event successful. Boston Medical Center will be hosting an event for World AIDS Day on Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the new Shapiro Ambulatory Care Center.

The Guest Speaker Event will be in the Shapiro Ambulatory Care Center Lobby and will include:

  • Meg Sullivan, MD, Medical Director, Section of Infectious Diseases of Boston Medical Center
  • Kate Walsh, President and CEO of Boston Medical Center
  • Stephen Pelton, MD, Chief of Pediatric Infectious Diseases of Boston Medical Center
  • Dawn Fukuda, Director of the Office of HIV/AIDS, Massachusetts Department of Public Health
  • People living with HIV/AIDS

We’d love to have you join us for our Community Agency Health Fair will be on the 9th floor of the Shapiro Ambulatory Care Center. Please RSVP by email no later than Friday, November 18, 2011 if your agency would like table space at the Health Fair. Space is limited this year, so act fast!
