Why did you join the DEI Committee?
Angela has been a member of the External Affairs DEI Committee since November 2021. Her choice to join the committee was driven by one of her core truths—that in order to produce the best work possible, we must cultivate a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. A diverse team will bring different perspectives to the table that promote creativity and provide exposure to new ways of thinking. She hopes that her efforts for this initiative will foster that reality for External Affairs, and BU as a whole.
