In FY24, the External Affairs DEI Steering Committee held community-building events and Accessibility Listening Sessions, expanded learning and education into addressing workplace exclusionary conduct (as observed in the results of the University-wide Belonging & Culture Survey), proposed an ambitious paid DEI position, and handled internal burnout.
