In FY23, the External Affairs DEI Steering Committee has held new hire listening sessions, rolled out the Annual Group Service Day and Volunteer Time Off policies, launched the Salon series, formed the Media & Culture Club, and gathered feedback for the upcoming Antiracist and Inclusivity Best Practices Guide, among other things. We’ve also made recommendations for the committee’s path moving forward, and the new committee co-leads will begin discussions with senior leadership about how best to achieve this.
