Welcome to External Affairs’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion website.

We are a group of volunteers within External Affairs who aim to create a culture in which all of our employees can belong—and thrive—in a respectful, inclusive workplace. The committee offers Volunteer Time Off to build community outside of the workplace, listening sessions to better understand our current culture, working agreements to improve our communication, our newsletter, community-building events like the Salon and the Media & Culture Club talks, and more.
