Microsoft Lync 2013
Microsoft Lync is an enterprise wide unified communications system which includes Instant Messaging (IM), Voice and Video calling and Web conferencing. BU owns a site license for Lync and there is no cost to individual departments (a bridge calling number is a separate cost).

- Not for help desk assistance – never replace ticketing system
