Website Support & Maintenance

- All requests for website maintenance and support should be submitted to ESO-NetHelp@bu.edu.
- Provide your preferred completion date.
- Indicate the request priority level:
- Low (within 1 week)
- Medium (within 2-3 business days)
- High (urgent, within 1 business day)
- Provide the website URL, the current content values, and the updated content values.
- Include all necessary text, files (Word/PDF) or images to be added if required.
- Upon completion, you will be required to proof all changes on the test website before approving their move to the production website.
- Every effort will be made to complete the request by the preferred completion date or within the indicated priority level time line, based on current workload and available resources.
- In the event of a discovery that impacts the target completion date, you will be immediately notified of the issue(s) and a new target date will be recommended based on the findings.
- A member of the ESO Web Development Team will contact you to review your request if the scope of the HTML edits, programming, and design required are not consistent your preferred completion date or priority.
