Out of Office Messages

The Outlook Out of Office Assistant can be used to send an automatic response to those who send you messages while you are not in the office:

  1. In Mail, on the Tools menu, click Out of Office Assistant.
  2. Click I am currently Out of the Office.
  3. In the AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text box, type the message that you want to send to others while you are out.
