Network Account

An ENSA network account provides basic file, print, and numerous thrid-party services (as requested). It does not include access to other systems or services (i.e. UIS), which must be requested separately within the requesting department.

The departmental Data Security Administrator (DSA) or Data Trustee is responsible for completing and signing the form, making sure the user reads, understands, and signs the agreement, and forwarding it to the Network Administrator for the creation of an account.

The Network/Email account is provisioned by HR during the Onboarding process. More information can be found here: IAM FAQs.
