Lavender Ceremony

For the third annual year, celebrate the achievements, experiences, and resilience of our LGBTQIA+ graduating students (including both undergraduate and graduate) at Lavender Ceremony. Join us for an evening of reflection, recognition, and camaraderie as we celebrate our students’ journey and accomplishments. This event will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow graduates, faculty, staff, and allies who have supported you along the way. The ceremony will feature remarks from students, keynote speaker Trung Le Nguyen (author of graphic novel The Magic Fish), and drag queen Linda Marie Póssa. Following the ceremony there will be a reception where light refreshments will be provided.
