Madison Fletcher

Madison Fletcher is a PhD candidate in Biomedical Engineering, co-advised by Dr. Catherine Klapperich and Dr. Joyce Wong. She is a fellow of the Clare Boothe Luce Program and a trainee of BU’s Translational Research in Biomaterials Program. She graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, with experience in biomaterial applications in tissue engineering. At BU, she studies placental cell behavior, spiral artery remodeling, and microenvironmental effects leading to the onset of preeclampsia.
