We note with sadness the passing of Professor Emeritus Sir Geoffrey Hill on 30 June 2016. Professor Hill was a founding Co-Director of the Institute, serving until his retirement in 2006. Congratulations to Erica Zimmer, PhD candidate at the Editorial Institute, for having presented at The Wordsworth Trust's most recent Words on the page, and the Meanings Beyond: The Innovative Interpretation of Manuscripts conference in April. Her paper was entitled "Entering the Wordsworth Circle: Engaging Lyrical Ballads through Evolving Evidence."
