Boston University CTSI, in collaboration with VA Boston, is launching a Request for Information (RFI) to identify innovative uses of the Million Veterans Program (MVP) dataset—a powerful, richly linked research resource with data from over 1 million veterans. This includes:
-
Full gene sequencing on over 450,000 individuals
-
Linked data: EHRs, radiology, blood proteomics, and more
-
Data curated and managed by VABHS (VA Boston Healthcare System)
While access to this resource is typically limited to VA-affiliated faculty, Dr. Saiju Pyarajan has partnered with a select number of BU/BMC collaborators to support new research ideas, tool development, and data analysis projects.
