Jennifer King

As the Executive Director of Continuous Improvement, Jen King brings over two decades of expertise in delivering exceptional services that consistently meet client needs while enhancing business process efficiency and capabilities. During her fourteen-year tenure at Boston University, Jen has held various pivotal roles within Internal Audit and Information Services & Technology before joining CIDA in 2024.

Most recently, Jen served as the Executive Director of the Student Information System (SIS) Renewal program, where she helped lead the successful implementation of MyBU Student. In addition, she provided strategic oversight for several key projects, including the launch of new functionalities for Undergraduate Orientation, the Student Portal, Student Employment, Study Abroad, the International Students & Scholars Office, Tuition Remission, and more. Earlier in her career, Jen managed project activities that supported critical business areas such as Research Administration and Faculty Systems. She holds an MBA from Boston University and is certified in PRINCE2 project management, ITIL, and Six Sigma methodologies
