Jake is an experienced consultant and higher education professional passionate about helping organizations achieve mission-driven and business-conscious goals. As a Senior Consultant at CIDA, he works on cross-functional projects that support process improvement and strategic analytics to drive informed decision-making across Boston University.

Before joining CIDA, Jake was an education-focused consultant at EY-Parthenon, partnering with public and private sector clients to tackle complex challenges. Prior to consulting, he held roles in development operations at Boston College and Harvard University, where he supported advancement teams by designing and improving business processes and reporting.

Jake lives in Southie with his wife and enjoys board games, trivia, and CrossFit in his free time.
