Welcome to the Continuous Improvement & Data Analytics (CIDA) website. Our vision is to create and sustain a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement at Boston University.
Our teams use recognized frameworks to execute, lead, and advise on projects and initiatives in support of stakeholders in Financial Affairs and across the University. Our team executes internal consulting projects with a focus on implementing and improving business processes, creating efficiencies, and helping leadership execute strategic goals. We aim to deliver valuable insight to stakeholders using financial and operational data through visualizations and dashboards, automation, machine learning, and more.
