Marie is a data-driven professional business consultant and Manager at CIDA. Committed to tackling complex challenges, Marie specializes in finance and project management, lean process improvement, and the application of design thinking and innovation frameworks. At CIDA, Marie manages cross-functional consulting projects from inception to delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction. In her current role, she oversees team members, contributes to strategy development, and serves as a key member of the management team – contributing to organizational priorities, staff development, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Prior to her role at CIDA, Marie held the position of Associate Director of Finance and Administration for the Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases, where she played a pivotal role in developing and executing financial strategy and monitoring the grant life cycle for a portfolio of the center’s faculty. She’s also engaged in consulting work for BMC, MGH and other healthcare related start-ups.
Outside of her professional work, Marie enjoys reading, traveling, learning new languages and is a long-standing BU Hockey season ticket holder as a triple terrier alum.
