Click the “Apply Now” button on your program of interest’s page.
Complete the Contact Information Form and click “Submit.”
Claim your Boston University account by creating a user name and password.
Log in to the MyBU Student Portal to pay your application fee.
Once you complete the above steps, CELOP will review your application, and request additional documents (if needed). Students admitted to full-time programs will receive a Form I-20 to apply for a student visa. More information on visas is available here.

Application Deadlines
One month before program start date
If you are currently outside the US and need an F1 visa for an intensive program
Two weeks before program start date
If you are currently in the US and have a valid I-20 and F1 visa that you will transfer to CELOP for an intensive program
Have a B1/B2 visa or ESTA visa waiver for a part-time program
CELOP recommends applying as soon as possible in order to avoid immigration-related delays. You can view the visa processing times at your local embassy or consulate.
Make sure you meet the specific admissions requirements for your program. In addition:
You must be at least 17 years old at the start of your program and be in your final year of high school or have completed high school.High school programstudents are 15–17 years old*.
You must be able to speak, understand, write, and read simple English sentences.
You must have available funds to pay all program fees.
